MullenLowe Lintas Group crowned ‘India Creative Agency of the Year’ for second consecutive year, at Campaign South Asia AoY Awards 2016 1st December 2016

MullenLowe Lintas Group India was crowned the ‘India Creative Agency of the Year’ at the Campaign South Asia Agency of the Year 2016 awards held on November 30, 2016 in Mumbai.

MullenLowe Lintas Group edged out competition big and small and won the coveted title, making it thereby two years in a row.

The Campaign South Asia AoY Awards have been around for more than 20 years and celebrates the achievements of the region’s advertising industry, recognising strong leadership, creativity and innovation, stellar new business performance, the development of talent in the region, and contribution to the industry. The aim of these awards is to reward the industry top performers in South Asia.

Commenting on the win, Joseph George, Regional President | South & Southeast Asia & Group CEO | India, said, “It is great to be recognised as the India Creative Agency of the Year twice in a row. We are blessed to be in the midst of a purple patch over the past 3/4 years. And so to that extent, this recognition is a testimony of sustained consistency across the board – creative product, financial performance and successful growth and talent initiatives.”

2016 has seen MullenLowe Lintas Group take home a slew of awards starting with India Effie Agency of the Year, followed by it being recognized as the Best Creative Agency in the World by WARC 100 – also two years in a row. MullenLowe Lintas Group then went on to win the Agency of the Year title at APAC Effie Awards 2016 and followed it with the Agency of the Year crown at U&AP APAC Tambuli Awards held in Manila earlier this year.
