All of these claims are false and should be regarded as fraudulent. MullenLowe Lintas group and its affiliates are neither responsible nor have any connection with any such communications or apps. MullenLowe Lintas group will never create an app that directly requests payment or credit card details, or request any other form of payment directly from consumers.
Any third-party apps that have been established using MullenLowe Lintas group name and distributed through unofficial channels (such as through social media platforms and messaging channels, but generally not through official app stores such as Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store) are fraudulent, and we urge you to remain alert and not fall prey to frauds or scams perpetrated by individuals who are impersonating the Agency.
MullenLowe Lintas group / its subsidiaries/ its Associates are neither responsible nor liable for any such claims arising out of these frauds associated and arising out of Apps and general public are hereby alerted not to fall prey to the claims of fraudsters.
We are looking to take remedial action to remove these apps that falsely claim affiliation with MullenLowe Lintas group , wherever possible.”
