Lowe and Partners picks up 28 awards at Spikes Asia 2014

Lowe and Partners’ Asia Pacific agencies together took home 28 awards at this year’s Spikes Asia festival, held in Singapore. The awards comprised six Golds, ten Silvers and twelve Bronze awards.

Lowe China’s work for Shanghai GM Buick ‘Human Traffic Signs’ took an impressive four Golds, four Silvers and four Bronze awards. The work depicts road accident victims holding traffic warning signs – signs which, if heeded, would have prevented their own injuries. The campaign aims to compel drivers in China to read and obey road signs. This campaign also put Shanghai General Motors in the 3rd most awarded advertiser position at this year’s Spikes awards.

Lowe Lintas India’s campaign for Unilever Hindustan ‘Kan Khajura Station’ – which uses the mobile phone to communicate content to users in rural India – bagged two Golds, a Silver and a Bronze.

Lowe Thailand scooped three Silvers for their TVC for Sunlight, ‘Pig’. Lowe Vietnam won a Silver and four Bronze for their ‘Versus’ work for Unilever’s OMO. While Lowe Philippines’ Eco Bag campaign with SM Prime Holdings took a Silver and three Bronze awards, making Lowe the most awarded agency from the Philippines this year.
