Naveen Gaur is the Group COO – Growth & Innovation at MullenLowe Lintas Group. Naveen has over 25 years of work experience and has lent his expertise across various categories and brands.
Naveen started his advertising career with Sista’s Advertising in 1992. Post that, he spent most of his advertising years in Mudra Communications & McCann Worldgroup. He was McCann Erickson’s Chief Growth Officer & Business Director where he worked for 8 years and moved out in September 2006, to experience the other side of the business. In his first stint in advertising, Naveen partnered the growth of brands like Coca-Cola, Mastercard, Nestle and others.
Driven by an entrepreneurial zeal, Naveen took a brief break from advertising as CEO to lead a Health & Wellness start-up company called Mayar Health Resorts Ltd. But that was a brief period before the advertising world came calling again and he leaped on the opportunity with much gusto.
In early 2010, Naveen came back to advertising and joined Lowe Lintas as the Head of Delhi office. Almost six years into the system, Naveen has led the business and strategy for all brands at Lowe Lintas Delhi, including brands like Maruti Suzuki, Micromax, OLX, HT, Dabur, Expedia, Hero, ITC Wills Lifestyle and many more.
